One of my tenants children accidentally caused a fire to one of my rental properties and having used Karen's services on other properties I own, she was the first person I called. I live out of town, and she handled the claim in its entirely, calling the insurance company to report the claim on my behalf, arranging all inspections, obtaining and providing fire department and police reports and preparing the estimates for repairs. She knew who to call, and what needed to be done to protect the property from vandalism as the home could no longer be occupied until the repairs were completed. In all the years I know Karen, she never backs down and fights until the very end and the claim is resolved. I am always impressed by her tenacity, diligence and professionalism.

Going through a hurricane left us with expensive damages to our home which was professionally designed. We had a very good policy and never thought for a minute our insurance company would not make us whole. During the claim process, we realized we needed help and interviewed several public adjusters. We could not have been more satisfied with the knowledge and expertise that Karen provided us on our claim.
